There was a small wonton soup missing, but that's ok because it has cilantro and I cilantro is disgusting.

This is not my first time here, and I genuinely love the quality of both the food and the service this restaurant usually provides. The sushi is always top notch, fresh, and consistently amazing, which is why this has become one of my favourite sushi spots in town.
I do want to mention that today’s visit felt a little different from my previous experiences. We ordered appetizers and sushi, and shortly after the appetizers arrived, the sushi came out as well — which was completely fine. However, while we were still eating, no one really checked in to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Not a huge issue, but then while we were still actively eating our sushi, the complimentary dessert arrived. We appreciated the gesture, but only a couple of minutes later, before we had even finished our meal, the waitress asked if it would all be on one bill and immediately brought over the machine and bill.
The interaction made us feel a bit rushed, almost like they wanted us to leave, even though it was not close to closing time. It honestly made me a little sad because I’ve only had great memories here before.
I’m writing this from a place of appreciation, not negativity, which is why I’m still giving 4 stars. The food quality remains outstanding, and I truly hope this was just an off day for the service because I really do enjoy coming here.
